    LanderBD Return & Exchange Policy

    At LanderBD, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can inspect it in front of the delivery person and request a return or exchange immediately.

    1. In-Front-of-Delivery Returns

    • Customers are encouraged to check the product carefully before accepting delivery.

    • If the product is damaged, wrong, or defective, you can refuse the delivery or request an exchange/return on the spot.

    • Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item was sent incorrectly or damaged by us.

    2. Post-Delivery Returns

    • If you accept the product but later find an issue, you can request a exchange within 3 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

    3. Process for Post-Delivery Returns

    1. Contact our customer service team via Facebook, WhatsApp, or website chat.

    2. Provide your order number, contact info, and reason for return/exchange.

    3. Our team will guide you to send the product back. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility, except for damaged/wrong items.

    4. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Exchanges: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).

    • Refunds: Only if the product cannot be exchanged. Processed via original payment or store credit within 7–10 business days.

    5. Special Notes

    • Items purchased on discounts, flash sales, or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

    • For added security, record an unboxing video before accepting deliveries.
